Question 1

When and where do we meet?

Answer

Attention: This describes the usual execution of our boat party. In 2021, the process will probably look differently, if possible at all. The pre beach party takes place at world-famous Bora Bora Ibiza beach club (Playa D’en Bossa, s/n, 07817 Sant Josep de Talaia, Islas Baleares).
Please be there for the check in from 3.30pm – 4.30pm.
You must exchange your ticket for a wristband before 4.30pm.
There is no refund for no-shows or late arrivals (after 4.30pm). All CDLN tickets are flex tickets than can then be used for another event date. CDLN staff will then walk you to the boat approx. 30 mins before departure (5pm).
Boarding is at 5.20pm. The boat party runs from 5.30pm until 8.30pm.

Question 2

Why should I buy my ticket online?

Answer

In 2021 we will have a limited capacity per event - therefore it's likely that they will sell out fast and long before the actual event day. Avoid disappointment and buy your ticket online. In case you can't join us in the end, no worries. Your ticket will be a lifetime flex ticket that can be used for any other event date in the future. Just text us for your free rebooking.

Question 3

Where is the swim stop?

Answer

We do a swim stop during our boat party where you have the chance to jump into the turquoise Mediterranean Sea.
Slide into the water on one of our 2 slides in the back of the boat or use one of our 2 dive boards (1 meter & 4 meters).
The execution and location of the swim stop is subject to weather and water conditions. The captain always decides on the day of the boat party which place is safe to swim.
Life guards on duty will take care of your wellbeing during our swim stop.

What's the refund policy?

Answer

All tickets bought through our website are non-refundable. In case you cannot join the booked event, you can request an open date voucher or to be rebooked to another event date. This service is free of charge. All tickets bought through our website are lifetime flex tickets. Please let us know latest 24 hours before the booked event date in case you cannot join us in order to be rebooked.

Question 5

What's the dresscode?

Answer

Our motto is DRESS TO IMPRESS. But you can wear whatever you want to wear and feel comfortable with. Swim wear is recommended to get your tan and enjoy the swim stop. As it might get a bit wavy from time to time, we recommend to wear flat shoes or sneakers. We don't recommend to wear slippers, flip flops (your might lose them on the dance floor) or high heels.

Question 6

Do you have lockers onboard?

Answer

No, we don’t have any lockers on the boat. You can bring your bags anyway and put them on the side or under the chairs.
Please be aware that your bags will be checked by our security before boarding. No drinks, sharp objects, weapons or any kind of illegal substances are allowed onboard. Bora Bora offers lockers in their club that you can use to store your bags. Drop&Enjoy is a place where you can store your luggage in Playa d’en Bossa. Please do not bring your luggage to the boat party.

What’s included in the boat party ticket?

5 events in 1 ticket. What does this mean? CDLN Ibiza sunset boat party:
A day full of pure fun with up to 300 beautiful people.
3 hours premium boat party.

Question 8

Which clubs are included?

Answer

Attention: Due to Covid-19 our club deals in 2021 will differ from our usual offer (if possible at all). As not all clubs are open and do not run their usual schedule, we cannot promise any specific event. Of course we try to give you as many club entries as possible. Normally, we guarantee at least 2 club entries included in your Cirque de la Nuit Ibiza ticket. Those club entries change weekly and we cannot promise any specific club or party, that’s why we cannot announce them online.
Please ask us for these special deals on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Email 1 week before coming on the boat party. Please be aware that there might be weeks in pre & past season (April, May and September) when not all clubs are open every day. In those times we offer you as many tickets as possible. Your CDLN e-ticket for the boat is not valid for the clubs. You get your club tickets at the check in.

Question 9

Which drinks are included?

Answer

All tickets include beer, sangria, Sex on the boat cocktails, Malibu pornstars, water and soft drinks. Premium bottles of champagne and liquor can be bought in the VIP areas. The minimum spent in the VIP areas is 50€ per person. When you buy your drinks vouchers online, you save 5€ and only pay 45€ for a drinks voucher worth 50€.

Is there food onboard?

We serve the award-winning veggie and vegan burgers by Rona's Deli & Burger (TripAdvisor's #1 burger in Ibiza) in our little bistro downstairs.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Answer

Refreshments (water, soft drinks) are included as well as cocktails, beer and sangria. Please don't bring your own drinks onboard. Of course you can bring your own snacks onboard.

Do you offer group discounts?

Answer

Yes we do offer group discounts for larger groups and special occasions. Please message us on info@cirquedelanuitibiza.com for your personal offer.

Question 13

What's included in the VIP ticket?

Answer

The VIP experience includes priority boarding to save your favourite spot on the boat first, access to all of our private VIP areas with sofas and tables on our upper deck, VIP hostess and bottle service for your special treatment and 50€ drinks credit on top to spend on bottles of premium spirits and champagne. Your VIP upgrade also comes with an exclusive backstage pass to access the DJ booth. The price for the VIP upgrade is 45€ if you buy it online in advance. Once aboard (and if still available) it's 50€ per person. The price is minimum consumption. That means that you can fully spend it on bottles. Yes, you're right! That means that you basically get it for free as you can fully spend it on drinks.

Question 14

What's a flex ticket?

Answer

Flex tickets can be used for any event date in the future in case you can't come to the booked event date. Please let us know latest 24 hours before joining the event that you won't be able to join us so that we can rebook your to another date or convert your ticket to an open date ticket. This service is free of charge.
